To Copy a Project

The Project Manager enables you to create a database copy of the current project; however, it will not copy design files to the new destination.

Select Project Manager from one of the following locations:
- Manage > Project Manager
- File > Project Manager (Backstage page)
Use the right mouse button and select Copy Project.
Enter the BRCM_DB_ID value for the new project in the Copy Project dialog.
Note: The BRCM_DB_ID value requires a maximum of eight characters. Special characters (?@*.) are not allowed.
Enter the BRCM_PROJECTNAME value for new project in the Copy Project dialog.
Press OK to copy the project. The new project is created at the specified destination.
Press OK to close the Project Manager.
